We want you to be happy with Surreal Studio. This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund.

Subscription refunds

• If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
• Refunds apply to the most recent charge only.
• We may decline refunds if the subscription has been heavily used or abused.

How to request a refund

Contact us at founder.olympis@gmail.com with the email address used for your account and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
