Service description

Surreal Studio provides a web-based editor for adding graphics, effects, and overlays to images and videos. Some features require an active subscription.

Accounts and subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.

User content

You retain ownership of the media you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the service. You must not upload content that violates laws or infringes third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, effects, and code are owned by Surreal Studio. Your subscription grants you a license to use exported output in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days before the relevant claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
